Calculating savings from solar is more than adding up the credits on your last electric bill. While ComEd Smart Meters read the electricity you send to the grid (your net metering credit), it doesn’t keep track of the solar energy that you generate and use in real time.
All Bright Solar built a new tool to help customers track their total savings by combining data from your ComEd bills with your solar production from your inverter monitoring portal.
Once your system is energized, we will prompt you to send us copies of your new electric bills and help you understand and track your savings. We’ll get the first tracking sheet started and teach you how to keep a running total if you’d like.
